We went to Lucena to accompany A-ma last Nov 20-21. We went swimming at Graceland resort, then ate at Palaisdaan for dinner at only P1,200 (6adults and 4kids).
I got no pics since I'm shy hahaha! Well, I'm sure I'll visit the place again next time.

Tagaytay trip
We (me, John & Achi) went to Tagaytay last week of October (Oct 30-31).
Here's our itinerary:
8:00 - Prepare
8:30 - ETD
8:30-9:30 - Breakfast at SLEX
Since it's a long weekend (Nov 1 being a holiday) a lot of people are going to the provinces. It's a long queue at Jolibee SLEX.
9:30-10:00 - Travel(exit at sta. rosa)
10:00 - ETA @ Solenad Nuvali, Sta. Rosa
You wont get lost since it's just along the road. However, we did got lost. I only remember it's in Nuvali and I didnt research on it well. So we enter the road less going to Xavier school, only to find out that we already pass by the lake.
10:00-10:30 - Fish Feeding
10:30-11:30 - travel to Tagaytay
11:30-12:30 - Picnic Grove
12:30 - Lunch
We originally wanted to had lunch at Leslie's. But the google map shows 2 Leslie's. One near starbucks and the other one just further away before Day's hotel. We decided to had lunch at the 2nd Leslie's so that it will be nearer our apartelle. Oh well, we got lost again and there's no 2nd Leslie's. Google map is not updated! sucks!
We ended up having lunch at View Inn Resort/Restaurant. Just somewhere in that road. There's so little serving of Calamares, Bulalo soup is masebo. Not so good for it's price, but okay for our hungry stomachs.
2:00 - Checkin at mcmountain apartelle
After lunch we checkin at our apartelle, which is just 10minutes away from View Inn.

We had the Taal Volcano view room for 3 pax with breakfast for P2550. Well it's originally 3k but got a discounted price of 15% for cash payment.
Overall, we don't like the room. It looks like they are not doing any renovations. One good thing though, the owner are very accomodating.
We rested for an hour since there's issues with the keys and lock. we need to stay until they figure out the correct key to the room.
3:00 - Residence Inn Mini Zoo
We tour the mini zoo then had a relaxing back massage.
5:30 - Palace in the sky
Since it's too early for Dinner we travel to the other end of tagaytay to visit palace in the sky. It's a good thing, cause we get to see the sunset and it's good to experience a very cold wind.
7:00
Our much awaited dinner. This time, we went to Leslie's (near Starbucks). Cost is around 500 per person, but really satisfying.
8+ - we had dessert at Bag of Beans, I so love their cheesecake
9+ we went back to the hotel to rest. The hotel has a free wifi, but it's very slow :( so still I was not able to cook in my cafeworld.
The next morning, we had breakfast and checkout around 11.
11+
Arrived at Calaruega Church. They have very relaxing place.
We had a lot of junk foods and drinks in the car which we parked at the entrance. Next time we'll make sure that we park inside the church grounds.
After a tiring walk at Calaruega, went to sonya's garden. Nothing much we just bought breads (cheese hopia and pandesal)

Then we went back to Bag of Beans to buy a whole Shepherd's pie (mashed potato on top of giniling). This is so yummy! Just right for our dinner that day.
And lastly, late lunch at LZM resto right across Leslie's. We wanted to order bulalo steak but it would take some time to cook it. So its only Chicharon bulaklak and stuffed squid. Next time we would order Bangus and calamares.
Also bought Corns and Pineapples along the way.
We went home in just 1 hour of travel. Good thing there is no traffic yet.

Pasyal
I've been wanting to do a travel blog (with details) for all those travellers like me who is looking for tips and comments about places they wanted to go. But forgive me since this would be just a summary of the past vacations I had.
US Trip (Hawaii/Massachusettes/New York) (July - Sept 2008)
~ business trip (but mostly pleasure) for company training. We had a stopover overnight at Hawaii, then stayed 3 months in Massachusettes, a weekend in New york, and another night at Hawaii). It's hard to summarize the experience but I totally love the surroundings & clean air. A far cry from Philippines. I had fun at Six Flags and I so love New York & Hawaii.
Bolinao Trip (May 2-3, 2009)
~ Summer trip with my Cisco friends @ Bolinao, Pangasinan. We stayed at Villa Soledad for a fun inuman session. On our way home, a side trip to 100 islands.
Pansol, Laguna (May 9-10, 2009)
Overnight summer trip with Emerson friends (stayed at Coracasa resort)
Club Manila East (June 5, 2009)
Seachange first company outing
Davao Trip (Nov 2009)
highlights: Pearl farm (day tour) and Outland adventure for zipline (definitely wanted to try this again)
Splash Mountain (Apr 9-11, 2010)
A relaxing 2 nights stay. We tried the scary water slides which are only open on summer weekends.
Splash Island (May 1, 2010)
This would probably the first and last that I'll go to this place. UNCLEAN bathrooms/restrooms. There is no lap pool just water fun slides/rides/river. But still I enjoy it with the company of my college friends.
Subic (May 29-30 2010)
In celebration of our 100th month anniversary. We tried tree top adventure and stayed at Grande Island resort. We got the promo rate (50% the usual I think) so the price is okay for that place, clean and nice rooms, buffet dinner, breakfast and lunch :D
Palawan trip (June 18-21, 2010)
With emerson friends, Underground River, Island hopping @ El Nido, City tour at Puerto Princesa (Crocodile Farm, Bakers Hill). I super love the beaches, I will definitely go back to Palawan! (probably Coron) ;)
Bicol trip (July 1-4, 2010)
John's grandpa's 20th death anniversary. I joined his family in the celebration and the same time went to see the famous Mayon. Also, went to CWC (to wake board). I think given few more hours I'll be good at it :D
up next my Tagaytay trip (with all the details that I could manage)
